Each return will be handled on an individual basis.
Returns and/or claims must be done within 30 days of receipt.
Damage in transit claims will be against the carrier by you. You should
keep all packing material to support your claim.
All returns must be via UPS, FedEX or USPS at your cost.
All returns must have an RO Number issued by Berry House Gift Shop or delivery will
be refused.
There are absolutely no refunds. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any
returned items that are not defective. Any remaining balance will be given as
store credit. Store credits are good for 90 days.
